Dianhong Golden Monkey Black Tea

Dianhong Golden Monkey is a premium variety of Yunnan black tea. Its name comes from its appearance, which resembles golden monkey fur. The tea leaves are tightly twisted with golden tips, making it visually appealing.

Aroma:

Dianhong Golden Monkey has a rich and strong aroma with noticeable sweet notes. It combines floral and fruity fragrances with a hint of honey, providing a long-lasting and pleasurable scent.

Flavor:

The tea infusion is bright red with a thick and mellow flavor. It possesses a unique sweetness and a long-lasting aftertaste. The tea has a distinct honey flavor with subtle fruity notes, making it very smooth and well-rounded.

Method of brew:

1. Take 5 grams of Dianhong Golden Monkey tea leaves and place them in a teapot.
2. Brew the tea with water at a temperature of 90-95 °C (194-203°F).
3. After the first infusion, steep for about 30 seconds before pouring out the tea.
4. For the second and third infusions, gradually extend the steeping time to 40 seconds and 50 seconds respectively.
5. The tea can be steeped 3-4 times, with each infusion maintaining a rich aroma and taste.
